Per quanto riguarda la camera, ci teniamo a precisare che ha ricevuto esattamente la tipologia prenotata tramite il portale/agenzia. Purtroppo, nei casi in cui la prenotazione non avvenga direttamente con noi, non sempre è possibile personalizzare la scelta della camera in base alle preferenze specifiche. Se ci avesse contattato prima dell’arrivo – o se avesse prenotato direttamente sul nostro sito o telefonicamente – avremmo potuto consigliarle una sistemazione più adatta alle sue esigenze. Siamo comunque dispiaciuti che le opzioni alternative disponibili al momento non siano state di suo gradimento. In alta stagione, la possibilità di effettuare cambi camera è spesso molto limitata, ma facciamo sempre del nostro meglio per accontentare ogni richiesta. Ci ha colpiti leggere il suo giudizio sulle colleghe della reception: sono generalmente molto apprezzate per gentilezza e professionalità, e non è certo nella nostra filosofia mostrare atteggiamenti scortesi verso gli ospiti. Se qualcosa le ha dato questa impressione, ce ne scusiamo sinceramente. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti tecnici, il nostro manutentore ha verificato che il frigorifero fosse funzionante, ma ha comunque deciso di sostituirlo per offrirle un comfort migliore. L’impianto dell’acqua calda è sempre attivo, quindi approfondiremo volentieri quanto da lei segnalato. Siamo lieti che abbia riconosciuto la cortesia del personale del bar e della reception maschile, la pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti e la qualità degli spazi esterni, pensati proprio per accogliere famiglie con bambini. Anche se ha scelto di non tornare, ci auguriamo che possa ricordare alcuni aspetti positivi del soggiorno, e magari darci in futuro un’altra possibilità, magari prenotando direttamente con noi: ci farebbe piacere accoglierla nel modo migliore.
