Thank you for your communication and I am very sorry that we could not intervene earlier to resolve and improve your stay. I can assure you that hot water has never been lacking, probably, in the early morning, the water needs to run a little more to be hot. The take-away breakfast is offered to all our customers who inform us of their departure before the opening time of the breakfast room; unfortunately if you, or your guide (having booked through an agency) did not take the time to inform us of your departure time, unfortunately we cannot imagine it. I personally verified the problem with the air conditioning when you asked and it was restored immediately (probably that the previous customer had asked to turn everything off); after the activation no one in your room shows up anymore so for us the problem was solved, the temperature is then controlled autonomously from the room, you can adjust everything with the +/- buttons on the display. Our structure is in a very quiet area, far from the main road, surrounded by greenery and for many this is fundamental. Many times we maintain confidentiality with customers if we do not find a reason to get involved, lacking catering also the events are limited, but there is no shortage in the vicinity and in the center of Riva del Garda. You booked through a tour operator, usually they have a primary relationship with their customers, proposing activities and entertainment, we remain in the background, available however if requested. I hope you still appreciated, the large breakfast buffet, the green spaces with corners equipped for sports activities and relaxation, the bar and the patio area, the cleanliness of the rooms, of course if everything is combined with sympathy and courtesy better, I will try to explain it to the collaborators.
